4 Week Yoga Serenity Session

Dates: Every Monday evening in February 2/4, 2/11, 2/18, 2/25 at 7:30pm.

Tuition: $50.00 for 4 week session or $17.00 drop in fee

Description:  This lovely 45 minute class incorporates breathing techniques, flow yoga and a beautiful meditation to help center and ground you to your true self.  Come feel serene!

Transform

Date:  Thursdays from 8:30-9:15am at the Slatebelt YMCA

Tuition:YMCA member fee 

Description: This 45 minute class combines yoga, pilates, tai-chi, and core strengthening excercises to round out the perfect workout.  Watch your body and mind transform with consistency.

 

Immunity Boosting Yoga

Date: February 3, 3:00-4:15pm

Tuition: $22.00

Description:  Learn specific pranayama,asana, and meditative techniques to help keep you healthy during the winter months.  If the holidays and the flue season have you run down, this workshop is for you.  It also includes the use of essential oils to help booost immunity and promote wellness.

 

Sound Bathing and Cacao Ceremony Workshop with Maria Verde

Date: Thursday February 28th 6:00pm at Red Lotus Yoga Studio in Bangor PA

Tuition: by donation

Description: Emerge into the sounds of the Sacred Gongs, Tibetan bowls, Crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments to balance your chakras.  Sound healing can improve and transform physical and emotional states.  Sound healing is an invitation to connect your body, heart, and spirit as one universal life force.  This class is coupled with Cacao Ceremony which opens the heart as we dive deeper in meditation using pranayama (control of the breath), mantra (chanting), movement, and Yoga Nidra (guided meditation), drawing from a variety of Yogic traditions.

Strength Train Together

Date: Thursdays 7:15-8:15am at the Slatebelt YMCA

Tuition: YMCA Membership fees

Description: This hour long strength training class incorporates barbell gym floor exercises with functional movement training and body weight exercises to create a full body comprehensive work out experience.
